Vanessa is a founding partner of Divera (previously GenCore Leadership), transformational leadership coach, speaker, and The Workshop Queen. Her journey as a woman of colour led her to pursuing curiosities about what the depth of love and fulfillment truly meant to her. She first began her business journey in marketing and events where she soon discovered her passion in creating powerful spaces for individuals and teams to step into their authenticity and power.
