When Capacity Takes Root

Welcome to the first Divera reflection.

Pictured here is some of the beautiful people I've had the gift of working with for the past decade. What an honour to develop the individuals on this team. Some of them, I've worked side by side for almost 10 years, some less than a year.

Recently, I woke up with this overwhelming openness in my heart and the energy of "you can do this" kept coming through me. It took over my morning and I wasn't sure why.

Then I walked into the final team building day I'd be a part of in this capacity. This team day was different, for the first time, I was given the green light to be only in observation mode. For this one, I didn't have a hand in developing any of the team for their presentations.
